THE WOMEN’S TRILOGY PROJECT

Rachel Lee Hovnanian’s The Women’s Trilogy Project is a three-part exhibition series that took place over the course of six months. In three installments of work, the artist evaluated contemporary societal dependencies and pressures through a feminist lens, initiating difficult conversations about social media addiction and substance abuse. With The Women’s Trilogy Project, Hovnanian became the first living female artist to be offered three consecutive gallery shows.
